Brett- 12 Months Old!!!

How did this happen?  I seriously have a year old TODDLER!  You have the best little personality.   Still not walking but you are a super fast crawler and cruise on EVERYTHING.  (You did take your 1st steps on June 1st - the day after your bday!)   You are in to everything!  You have lost two remotes (since we have found both).  You love to watch Sesame Street and Baby Einstein.  We had a fun trip to Kansas City over Memorial Day and you went to your 1st Royals game.  You attended your 1st Relay For Life on your birthday.  Your birthday party has come and gone (June 2nd).  It turned out great and I loved your cake sooooo much.  You weren't really into the smash cake part but you were ready for a nap!  You got some great toys- a water table, 3-in-1 trike, Little People Barn and Little People Zoo Train, megablocks, puzzles, books, $, and some clothes (your first Polo shirt).  Time to put away the baby toys!  Your favorite "gift" was a mylar balloon that you keep in your room.  Each time we walk into your room- you say "Balloon!"  So cute!!!   We had a smash cake photo session and family/1 year photos taken this month too.  We have gotten a sneak peak but will do another post once I have the rights:)

Sleep:  You are pretty consistent now a days.  You fall asleep 7:30-8:30pm every night.  You sleep until about 5:30am/6am. 1. The "soaking the diaper at night" is a boy thing! I went through it with my son and tried everything, pull-ups, two diapers etc going up one size in diapers for bedtime- it seemed to help some. I never had this issue with my girls! Good Luck and Happy Belated Birthday Brett!!
